What to do if your vehicle breaks down depends on whether or not you have maintenance included in your agreement.

Is Accident Management cover included in my agreement?

Accident management cover is not included as standard within your/your company's agreement; it is only offered to corporate customers. If you/your company have your/your company's own cover please call your/your company's provider for assistance.

What should I do if my vehicle is involved in an accident?

Unless you or your company have arranged accident management cover with us or another provider it is your/your company's responsibility to arrange for the vehicle’s collection and repair in the event of an accident.

Can I access a replacement vehicle?

Daily Hire or replacement vehicles are not included as standard within your/your company's agreement; this is only offered to corporate customers. In the event of mechanical breakdown you/your company may be entitled to a replacement vehicle from the manufacturer’s assistance programme.
