If I haven’t used my contracted mileage allowance, can I get a refund or offset it against vehicle damage?

The mileage allowance in your/your company’s contract is the maximum mileage the vehicle can be returned with at the end of the contract without incurring any excess mileage charges. We are unable to offer any refund if your/your company’s vehicle comes back to us with mileage below this maximum, and any unused mileage allowance cannot be offset against any vehicle damage charges.

If during your agreement you realise you will not use the contracted mileage, we may be able to produce a reschedule quote to reduce your contracted mileage. You will need to have at least 7 months of your/your company’s contract remaining (6 monthly rentals).
